Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at relocatearmenia.com (the “Website”) operated by Relocate Armenia (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Website, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.
These Terms apply to your use of the Website itself. They do not govern an engagement between you and us — an engagement is created only by a separate signed agreement and is described in section 4 below.
1. Who we are
Relocate Armenia is a corporate relocation and soft-landing firm based in Yerevan, Armenia. We help foreign companies deploy employees to Armenia under the integrated work permit framework administered through workpermit.am and the broader Armenian regulatory environment described elsewhere on the Website.
- Name: Relocate Armenia
- Location: Yerevan, Armenia (street address pending)
- Phone: +374 77 320 208
- Legal contact: the contact page is the routing point until a dedicated email address is published
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
2. The Website is informational
The Website describes our services, the Armenian regulatory environment, tax framework, TRIPP corridor context, IT-sector incentive structure, and related topics. It is provided for general information.
The content on the Website:
- Is not legal advice, tax advice, immigration advice, accounting advice, or any other form of professional advice.
- Does not establish an attorney-client, accountant-client, or advisor-client relationship.
- Is subject to change as Armenian regulations, fees, processing times, and policy details evolve. We update the Website as practices and regulations change, but a particular page may not reflect the most recent change on the day you read it.
If you need binding advice on a specific situation, contact us about an engagement, or retain an Armenian-licensed lawyer, tax adviser, or accountant directly.
3. Who the Website is for
The Website is directed at corporate decision-makers — HR leaders, COOs, country managers, founders, in-house counsel, mobility specialists — at foreign companies evaluating Armenia as a deployment destination. The content is written for a business audience.
You may use the Website as an individual reader, but our services and engagements are sold business-to-business and are not consumer transactions under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) or equivalent national consumer-protection statutes.
The Website is not intended for individuals under 18 and is not directed at them.
4. The Website is not an engagement
Reading the Website, downloading material from it, calling our phone number for a free consultation, or exchanging messages with us does not, by itself, create an engagement.
An engagement is created only when:
- Scope, timeline, and fees have been agreed in writing; and
- A signed engagement letter or service agreement is in effect between you (or your employer) and Relocate Armenia.
Until an engagement is signed:
- Nothing on the Website or said in a consultation is a binding commitment by us.
- Nothing you tell us in a consultation creates an obligation on your part. There is no fee for the consultation itself and you are under no obligation to proceed.
- Confidential information you share during scoping is treated as confidential, but no formal duty of confidentiality attaches until the engagement is signed. Sensitive information should not be shared in the consultation; we will ask for it under the protections of the signed engagement.
Once an engagement is signed, the engagement letter — not these Terms — governs the relationship between you and us in respect of the services performed. These Terms continue to govern your separate use of the Website.
5. Pricing
Prices shown anywhere on the Website are indicative ranges, not offers. Examples include the immigration package range ($1,500–$3,000 per employee), soft-landing tiers, entity formation, and retainer packages. These ranges reflect the spread of recent engagement pricing and are useful for budget planning, not for ordering.
Binding pricing is set in the engagement letter for your specific scope. We follow this practice because every engagement varies materially in headcount, time horizon, complexity, entity structure, family-side support, and home-side compliance posture.
6. Intellectual property
The Website, including all text, structure, imagery, and code, is the property of Relocate Armenia, except for material that we attribute to a third party or that is in the public domain.
You may:
- Read and view the Website.
- Print or save individual pages for your internal corporate evaluation of Armenia as a deployment destination.
- Quote short excerpts in commentary, reporting, or analysis with attribution to Relocate Armenia and a link back to the source page.
You may not:
- Republish, mirror, or redistribute substantial portions of the Website without our prior written permission.
- Use Website content to train a machine-learning model. We block known AI training crawlers in our robots.txt; please respect that signal regardless of whether your crawler is listed by name.
- Use the Relocate Armenia name, logo, or visual identity in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or commercial relationship without our written permission.
Quoted laws, regulations, official forms, and government data referenced on the Website are works of the Republic of Armenia or other governments and are not subject to our copyright.
7. Acceptable use
When accessing the Website, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or non-public area of the Website.
- Interfere with the operation of the Website (e.g., denial-of-service activity, scraping that materially impairs performance, bypassing rate limits).
- Use the Website to transmit malware, illegal content, or content that infringes another party’s rights.
- Misrepresent your identity in a way that materially affects an interaction with us — for example, posing as a regulator or as another party’s representative during a consultation.
We may, at our reasonable discretion, restrict or terminate Website access for any user who violates these provisions.
8. Third-party links and references
The Website links to third-party resources, including:
- Armenian government services such as workpermit.am, the State Revenue Committee, and the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
- EU regulatory references such as the General Data Protection Regulation and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- News organizations, industry bodies (e.g., Worldwide ERC), and other publishers we cite as authority sources for specific claims.
These links are provided for your convenience and to give you primary-source verification of statements on our pages. We do not endorse or control the linked content, and we are not responsible for its accuracy, availability, or any changes the destination makes after we link to it.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
We make the Website available “as is” and “as available.” Without limiting the foregoing, and to the extent permitted by applicable law:
- We do not warrant that the Website will be available without interruption, free of error, or free of vulnerabilities.
- We do not warrant that the regulatory information on the Website is current, complete, or accurate for your specific situation. Armenian regulations change; processing times shift; fees update; new exemptions and incentives are introduced or sunset.
- We make no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable warranty or consumer-protection right you have under the law of your jurisdiction, including under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) where you qualify as a consumer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relocate Armenia is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website — including lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website is limited to ARM 100,000 (approximately $260) or the equivalent in your local currency.
These limitations do not apply to:
- Liability that cannot be limited by law in your jurisdiction (for example, liability for personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct).
- Non-waivable consumer rights under EU law where you qualify as a consumer.
- Liability under the engagement letter for engagement-related services, which is governed by that engagement letter rather than these Terms.
11. Modifications to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our practices, legal posture, or applicable law change. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Website after the updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
If you object to an update, the appropriate response is to stop using the Website. We do not retroactively reduce the protections that applied during prior use.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
For disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms:
- The competent courts of the Republic of Armenia, sitting in Yerevan, have jurisdiction.
- Where you qualify as a consumer under the law of an EU member state, you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your member state of residence, in accordance with Article 18 of the Brussels I Regulation (recast, Regulation (EU) 1215/2012).
- Before commencing proceedings, both sides will use good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute by direct discussion. This step is not a precondition that bars filing, but it is the practical first step we expect.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
13. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in effect. The unenforceable provision is replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between you and Relocate Armenia in respect of your use of the Website. They supersede prior communications on the same subject matter.
14. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a corporate reorganization, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets, on the condition that the assignee assumes our obligations.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms should be sent through the first conversation channel. We respond to legal inquiries within one business day during Yerevan business hours.
The Chinese-language version of these Terms is at /zh/terms-of-service/ and is a translation of this English version. Where the two diverge, the English version controls.
